Even the simplest wardrobe choices carry weight, which is why the‎ t-shirt is so much more than a piece of clothing. For those living with HS, white clothing is often off the table. For those with PSO or PsA, black clothing becomes something to avoid. For those specifically with PsA, joint pain, stiffness, swelling, and mobility issues can turn even the simplest tasks, like buttoning a shirt, into a daily challenge. Living with these conditions means getting dressed every day is a careful decision.

To honor this experience, we’ve partnered with Sophia Yeshi.

Sophia Yeshi is a Brooklyn-based graphic designer and illustrator whose work centers on the joy and visibility of Black women, women of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and underrepresented communities. Sophia brings real patient stories about living with HS, PSO, or PsA to life on a condition-conscious t-shirt. These one-of-a-kind t-shirts serve as reminders of what patients deserve and unifying symbols for everyone who chooses to Wear It Out.
