Every design starts with a story.

For the HS community, the t-shirt represents something bigger. It’s a reminder that your story deserves to be worn with confidence. That’s why we’ve partnered with Sophia Yeshi, a Brooklyn-based graphic designer and illustrator. Sophia’s work is rooted in a powerful belief that you can achieve anything when you defy societal expectations and reclaim your power.

It’s a belief that deeply aligns with what Wear It Out stands for. Inspired by real HS patient stories, Sophia creates unique designs on condition-conscious t-shirts. Each shirt is a wearable reminder of what you deserve, celebrating every story no matter how you choose to Wear It Out.

Your story can make a difference.

Your story has the power to make someone else feel less alone. Real patient stories are at the heart of Wear It Out because when you see your experience reflected in someone else’s story, something shifts and you find yourself part of a community that truly understands. We invite you to join the community, share your story, and celebrate the moments when life starts to feel familiar again.

If you’re living with HS, share your story today and receive a free, condition-conscious t-shirt designed by Sophia Yeshi.
